Refund policy

To process your return please contact our Customer Care team at pbmcontracting@outlook.com and include your order number or confirmation so we can assist you as best as possible. 

Items must be returned in their original condition; due to the nature of our products no refund can be made for products that have been used.

Conditional item’s can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of returning.
